What Happens if You Don't Pay PhilHealth Contributions? The good news is no one will be denied of PhilHealth coverage due to non-payment of premiums. If you miss a payment you will be billed monthly with interest as a consequence.
If the Payment Management module isn't viewable, this means you are registered to a different membership category.

- Tick FOR UPDATING on the upper right-hand corner of the PMRF.
- Fill out PMRF as appropriate.
- Submit properly filled out PMRF to the nearest PhilHealth Office.

Philhealth (PHIC) Payment Deadlines
Monthly contribution or deductions for PHIC (PHIC Form RF1) must be paid on or before the 10th day of the following month.
Advance payment is allowed based on the length of contract and current premium rates. A member who fails to pay the premium after due date will be required to pay all missed contributions with monthly compounded interest.
In accordance with PhilHealth Circular No. 2020-0005 on the "Premium Contribution Schedule in the National Health Insurance Program (Revision 1)," all Direct Contributors are hereby advised that the premium rate for CY 2022 is 4.0%, with an income floor of P10,000 and income ceiling of P80,000 effective January 2022.
The premium rate for CY 2023 remains at 4% with an income ceiling of P80,000, and a separate Advisory will be issued to provide guidelines for implementing the said directive, particularly for the direct contributors.
How much is PhilHealth 2022 contribution?
Under the UHC Act, PhilHealth contributions are to increase yearly, starting in 2020, when they were due to rise 3%, followed by 3.5% in 2021, 4% in 2022, 4.5% in 2023, until the increases hit 5% in 2024-2025.
Retroactive payment is allowed only if the member has established nine (9) consecutive months of premiums prior to the unpaid period.
